Come join in SLCA’s first ever after school program!
Arts, After School is a relaxing and artistic way to introduce, expand and teach theater arts to a young group of students looking to broaden their horizons as performers.
This seven (7) week program will focus on what the students want to show, write, adapt and explore on the given theme. This semester’s theme will be Greek Mythology. Mythology is introduced during the middle school years and is constantly used throughout all storytelling.
We are looking for energetic, hard-working and enthusiastic students to create some new pieces and some to explore some of the older ways as well.
When: Tuesdays and Thursday after school: 3:45-5:45pm (Transportation to SLCA provided by APCSD)
Program begins Oct 9, 2018.
Showcase date: Wednesday November 21st at 7pm.
Cost: $100

This program is being offered exclusively to Algonquin Middle School Students. 20 student max.
